Our Wagyu cattle are raised on the same diet as our Red Angus. These cattle are large and we hope that they will meet the standards of all Wagyu lovers out there. These three are our first try at Wagyu and we are so excited to see how they turn out. They came to the farm from a local family in February 2022.
You can have your half or whole cow custom butchered to get the cuts of meat that you want. Limited choices are available with quarter cuts.
Below is a list of the available cuts, if you wish to purchase by the cuts instead of an entire section. Not all cuts may be available and other cuts not listed may be available, just ask us!
Steaks: filet, ribeye, sirloin, T-bone, round
Roasts: Loin tip, Rump, Pikes Peak, chuck, shoulder
Other: ground beef, stew meat, beef ribs, brisket, fajita, soup bones, liver, heart, ox tail, tongue
